Cindy Trevisan

Cynthia Trevisan has been Director/Instructor and co-owner of The Dance Connection in Toms River for the past 21 years. Prior to this, she was sole owner of her first dance studio in Warren, N.J. called Dance-N-Performing Arts Studio. She is a graduate of Montclair State University and holds a B.A. in Dance/Speech and Theatre Education. Besides teaching ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern and various other forms of dance since the age of 13, Cindy has helped with the choreography for many school theatre/vocal productions. She has performed with the MSU Dance Company and is recognized for attracting professional artists to her studio for dance workshops. Each year, she and her partners choreograph, direct, design and costume their students at The Dance Connection, for their yearly recital and various dance competitions. Cynthia has been an adjunct dance instructor at Ocean County College and was an Ocean County Vocational/Technical School dance coordinator/instructor to high school students.
